I called in for a prepurchase check out, as I'm out of state. They had the truck in the day. told me relevant information that the dealer miss represented or at last failed to tell me. Saved me a ton of money! I run a shop in a another state and they handled me as I would want my mother to be taken care of. Good people and knowledgeable techs.
